All products sold by WaterSports Products are covered by the manufacturers warranties. WaterSports Products is not liable for any damages. Most products are shipped factory direct.

WHAT IF MY BOAT IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?
Do a thorough inspection of the boat(s).. Write any damage and/or if any components are missing on the bill of laden before the freight company driver leaves. Take pictures of the damage or where the missing parts would be and attach them to an email so we can have a record of the damaged product for our files. If you fail to note freight damage on the bill of laden upon delivery, you will not be compensated you for your loss. If there is extensive damage reject the delivery. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible for replacement instructions.

Orders may be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of receiving total cost. Cancellations after this period will incur a cancellation charge of 20% for restocking/handling  There is also 20% re-stocking/handling fee on all returns, unless (product)s is defective from the factory.

Foreign orders are responsible for their countries import duties and taxes.
